Consumer & Commercial Loans

For lenders, brokers and originators of personal, consolidation, auto, small business and equipment loans. Your licensed team stops dialing and only talks to borrowers who are ready.

The Metric We Own

Pre-qualified applications started and funded loans

Your loan officers are too expensive to spend the day dialing. We do the dialing and send them borrowers who have already confirmed the basics, and we keep the calls factual so your license stays protected.

How a lead becomes a verified result

  1. 1

    Dial

Speed-to-lead calls on fresh inquiries, plus a dedicated re-dial cadence on aged databases, declined-but-curable files and past customers.

  2. 2

    Qualify

    • Loan type and purpose
    • Requested amount and timeline
    • Income or business revenue, as stated by the borrower
    • Self-reported credit band
    • Time in business and collateral, for commercial loans
  3. 3

    Disclose

Reps state they are not licensed lenders, read the disclosures your compliance team requires, and stay on approved scripts. No rates or payment terms are mentioned, because those can trigger advertising disclosures.

  4. 4

    Hand off

Instant live transfer into your licensed queue, or a calendar-booked appointment, whichever your team prefers.

  5. 5

    Second-voice QA

Every call is scored, and an independent QA caller re-confirms the details. Anything that can't be re-confirmed isn't delivered.

  6. 6

    Learn

Rejected leads come back with a reason. That feedback goes into your next report and the next round of training.

Consumer & Commercial Loans questions

This page describes how we work. It is not legal advice. Rules vary by state and province and change often, so your counsel approves every script before we dial.

Which loan types do you cover?

Personal and debt consolidation loans, auto loans, small business loans, lines of credit and equipment finance. Mortgage, HELOC and hard money campaigns run under their own programs.

Do your reps quote rates or say who will be approved?

Never. Reps are not licensed. They collect basic facts and hand the borrower to your team. Stating a rate or payment can also trigger Truth in Lending advertising disclosures, so that stays out of the call completely.

How do you handle fair lending?

Every prospect is treated the same way and asked the same questions from an approved script. Reps never discourage anyone or steer them based on a protected characteristic, and QA scores calls for this.

Do commercial loans have different rules?

Often, yes. Several states, including California and New York, have commercial financing disclosure laws, and broker licensing varies by state. Business calls can still be covered by the TCPA when the number is a cell phone. Your compliance team sets the rules for each state and product.

Why start with an aged database?

You have already paid for those leads, so the only new cost is the calling. You get back the live borrowers plus a record of which leads are dead and why. Consent status is checked before we dial.

Do you run live transfers or appointments?

Both. Live transfers convert best when officers are available, and booked appointments suit after-hours work and high-volume lists. Many clients use both.

How do you verify a borrower before transfer?

Reps confirm the facts on the call, every call is scored, and QA reviews each result against your criteria before it counts.

How fast can this campaign go live?

Most teams are dialing 3 to 7 business days after signing and onboarding. Larger floors can take up to 10. We start with a soft launch while call scoring is calibrated to your criteria, then ramp to full volume.

What does it cost?

Debt, Tax & Loans retainers start at $3,482 a month for one dedicated rep on Apex Launch, with Growth Engine at $5,478 and Dominance Hub at $7,474, all paid upfront. Hourly callers, closers, disposition managers and skip tracing can be added or bought on their own. A one-time setup fee is quoted before you sign.

Can I listen to my team and review the calls?

Yes. Every call is recorded and scored. You can review any recording, listen in during a scheduled session, and see volume, contact rate and results in your reports: weekly on Apex Launch, daily on Growth Engine and Dominance Hub.
