Debt Settlement & Relief Firms

For debt relief and credit counseling firms paid on enrollments, not form fills. We qualify for clients who can keep their monthly draft, then help keep them enrolled.

The Metric We Own

Qualified enrollments and 90-day retained clients

An enrollment that drops out in month three costs you money, because you are only paid once debts settle. So we qualify for affordability, not just a yes.

How a lead becomes a verified result

  1. 1

    Dial

Reps call your list on a schedule built around when that market actually answers. Inbound calls from ads are handled the same way.

  2. 2

    Qualify

    • Unsecured balance per creditor, typically $10,000+
    • Creditor mix and how far behind
    • Cause of the hardship
    • Real monthly draft capacity
    • State of residence
  3. 3

    Disclose

Your required disclosures are read word for word on a recorded line. The Telemarketing Sales Rule requires specific disclosures in debt relief telemarketing, and it also covers calls from consumers responding to ads.

  4. 4

    Hand off

Live transfer to your licensed or certified specialists, or a booked appointment. Anything that counts as advice goes to your staff.

  5. 5

    Second-voice QA

Every call is scored, and an independent QA caller re-confirms the details. Anything that can't be re-confirmed isn't delivered.

  6. 6

    Learn

Rejected leads come back with a reason. That feedback goes into your next report and the next round of training.

Debt Settlement & Relief Firms questions

This page describes how we work. It is not legal advice. Rules vary by state and province and change often, so your counsel approves every script before we dial.

How do you ensure strict TCPA and regulatory compliance?

Every call is recorded, transcribed and audited by our second-voice QA desk. Callers use pre-approved compliance disclosures and never provide debt or financial advice.

Which rules apply to debt relief calling?

The FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule is the main one. It bans collecting fees before a debt is settled, requires specific disclosures and prohibits misrepresentations. It also applies to inbound calls from ads. State laws can add licensing or registration rules. Your compliance team approves all scripts before we dial.

Can you work aged debt leads?

Yes. Older leads get more call attempts on a separate cadence, subject to consent status, and you get back both live opportunities and a log of dead records with reasons.

What does your QA check on each enrollment?

That every disclosure was read correctly, the balance and hardship match, draft capacity is real, and no advice or promises were given. Anything that cannot be re-confirmed is not delivered.

How do you reduce early dropouts?

First by qualifying for affordability, then with welcome calls and reminders before each draft. Our retention desk works clients who want to leave before they cancel.

What do you need to start?

Your program and fee structure, states served, qualification criteria, approved scripts and disclosures, your data and CRM access.

How fast can this campaign go live?

Most teams are dialing 3 to 7 business days after signing and onboarding. Larger floors can take up to 10. We start with a soft launch while call scoring is calibrated to your criteria, then ramp to full volume.

What does it cost?

Debt, Tax & Loans retainers start at $3,482 a month for one dedicated rep on Apex Launch, with Growth Engine at $5,478 and Dominance Hub at $7,474, all paid upfront. Hourly callers, closers, disposition managers and skip tracing can be added or bought on their own. A one-time setup fee is quoted before you sign.

Can I listen to my team and review the calls?

Yes. Every call is recorded and scored. You can review any recording, listen in during a scheduled session, and see volume, contact rate and results in your reports: weekly on Apex Launch, daily on Growth Engine and Dominance Hub.
