HVAC Contractors
Fill the shoulder seasons with tune-ups and catch aging systems before they fail.
The Metric We Own
Booked maintenance visits and replacement estimates
HVAC demand swings with the weather. Outbound keeps techs busy before the peak and finds replacement jobs on systems near end of life.
How a lead becomes a verified result
- 1
Dial
Past customers, maintenance plan members, unsold estimates and homeowners with systems over 10 years old.
- 2
Qualify
- System age and type
- Current problems
- Homeownership
- Maintenance plan status
- Availability for a visit
- 3
Disclose
Reps name your company, state the purpose of the call, and stick to the offer you approve.
- 4
Hand off
Visit booked directly into your dispatch or service software.
- 5
Second-voice QA
Every call is scored, and an independent QA caller re-confirms the details. Anything that can't be re-confirmed isn't delivered.
- 6
Learn
Rejected leads come back with a reason. That feedback goes into your next report and the next round of training.

HVAC Contractors questions
This page describes how we work. It is not legal advice. Rules vary by state and province and change often, so your counsel approves every script before we dial.
How do you handle seasonal call spikes?
Our Hourly Caller Pods ($8.50 to $7.50 per hour) let you scale rep seats up or down with 5 days' notice ahead of major weather shifts.
Should we start with past customers?
Usually yes. Your customer list is the warmest list you own. Tune-up and plan renewal campaigns tend to be the fastest wins.
Can you book directly into ServiceTitan or similar software?
If you give us access, reps can book in your system. If not, we set up a shared calendar and send clean job notes.
Do you sell maintenance plans?
Yes, using your script and pricing. We can run plan renewal and plan upgrade campaigns.
Can you answer overflow during a heat wave?
Yes. Inbound overflow seats can answer calls, book jobs and escalate emergencies to your on-call team.
How fast can this campaign go live?
Most teams are dialing 3 to 7 business days after signing and onboarding. Larger floors can take up to 10. We start with a soft launch while call scoring is calibrated to your criteria, then ramp to full volume.
What does it cost?
Real Estate & Home Services retainers start at $2,178 a month for one dedicated rep on Apex Launch, with Growth Engine at $3,774 and Dominance Hub at $5,282, all paid upfront. Hourly callers, closers, disposition managers and skip tracing can be added or bought on their own. A one-time setup fee is quoted before you sign.
Can I listen to my team and review the calls?
Yes. Every call is recorded and scored. You can review any recording, listen in during a scheduled session, and see volume, contact rate and results in your reports: weekly on Apex Launch, daily on Growth Engine and Dominance Hub.
