B2B Marketing Agencies
Discovery calls with CEOs, CMOs and marketing directors who actually control budget.
The Metric We Own
Held discovery calls
Agencies are great at marketing clients and terrible at marketing themselves. A dedicated caller keeps the pipeline moving when client work takes over.
How a lead becomes a verified result
- 1
Dial
Mid-market companies in your niche, sorted by revenue, ad spend signals, tech stack and hiring activity.
- 2
Qualify
- Decision-maker confirmed
- Current marketing setup
- Budget range
- Pain point or goal
- Timeline
- 3
Disclose
Reps identify your company and the purpose of the call on every dial. Misrepresentation rules apply to business calls, and cell numbers are handled under TCPA rules even when the contact is a business.
- 4
Hand off
Discovery call booked on your calendar, with notes on what matters to the prospect.
- 5
Second-voice QA
Every call is scored, and an independent QA caller re-confirms the details. Anything that can't be re-confirmed isn't delivered.
- 6
Learn
Rejected leads come back with a reason. That feedback goes into your next report and the next round of training.

B2B Marketing Agencies questions
This page describes how we work. It is not legal advice. Rules vary by state and province and change often, so your counsel approves every script before we dial.
How do your callers represent our agency's brand standards?
Callers complete custom brand training during onboarding, studying your case studies and value props before placing their first call.
Who do you target?
We build lists around your ideal client: industry, size, revenue, location and role. Titles usually include CEO, CMO, VP of Marketing and Marketing Director.
Can you work alongside our email outreach?
Yes. Calling people who opened or clicked your campaigns is usually far more productive than cold lists.
What counts as a good meeting?
We agree on that before launch: the right title, the right company size, and a real need. QA checks each meeting against that definition.
Do B2B calls have compliance rules?
Yes. Business calls are largely exempt from federal Do Not Call rules, but not entirely. Cell phones remain covered by the TCPA, misrepresentation rules apply, and some states have stricter laws. We scrub lists and follow those rules.
How fast can this campaign go live?
Most teams are dialing 3 to 7 business days after signing and onboarding. Larger floors can take up to 10. We start with a soft launch while call scoring is calibrated to your criteria, then ramp to full volume.
What does it cost?
B2B & Technology retainers start at $2,474 a month for one dedicated rep on Apex Launch, with Growth Engine at $4,182 and Dominance Hub at $5,878, all paid upfront. Hourly callers, closers, disposition managers and skip tracing can be added or bought on their own. A one-time setup fee is quoted before you sign.
Can I listen to my team and review the calls?
Yes. Every call is recorded and scored. You can review any recording, listen in during a scheduled session, and see volume, contact rate and results in your reports: weekly on Apex Launch, daily on Growth Engine and Dominance Hub.
