The Metric We Own
Verified listing appointments
Prospecting is the first thing dropped when agents get busy. A dedicated opener keeps listing conversations coming every day.
How a lead becomes a verified result
- 1
Dial
Expired and cancelled listings, FSBOs, probate, divorce, pre-foreclosure and relocation lists, scrubbed before every campaign.
- 2
Qualify
- Intent to sell and timeline
- Reason for selling
- Why the last listing failed, if any
- Decision-makers available
- Willingness to meet with an agent
- 3
Disclose
Reps name the brokerage they call for and the purpose of the call, using language your broker approves.
- 4
Hand off
Listing appointment booked directly on your calendar, or a live transfer to the agent.
- 5
Second-voice QA
Every call is scored, and an independent QA caller re-confirms the details. Anything that can't be re-confirmed isn't delivered.
- 6
Learn
Rejected leads come back with a reason. That feedback goes into your next report and the next round of training.

- Call numbers that have not been DNC scrubbed
Retention & after-sale desk
- Appointment confirmations

- Sphere and past client check-ins
- Follow-up after listing presentations
What we need to start

Realtors questions
This page describes how we work. It is not legal advice. Rules vary by state and province and change often, so your counsel approves every script before we dial.
Are your callers licensed real estate agents?
No. Our callers act as acquisition openers. They qualify seller intent and schedule direct listing presentations into your calendar.
Is it legal for unlicensed callers to set appointments?
Rules on what unlicensed assistants may do vary by state, so your broker should approve the script. Our reps stay in scheduling: they do not discuss price, contracts or property value, and every substantive question goes to you.
Do Do Not Call rules apply to expired and FSBO calls?
Yes. Calling a homeowner to solicit a listing is telemarketing, so we scrub against the National DNC Registry, state lists and your internal list before dialing.
Which tools do you work with?
We work in dialers like Mojo, BatchDialer and others, and sync to CRMs such as Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, HubSpot or GoHighLevel.
Can you handle my team or brokerage, not just me?
Yes. You can run one seat for a single agent or a larger pod for a team, routing appointments to the right agent by zip code or rotation.
How fast can this campaign go live?
Most teams are dialing 3 to 7 business days after signing and onboarding. Larger floors can take up to 10. We start with a soft launch while call scoring is calibrated to your criteria, then ramp to full volume.
What does it cost?
Real Estate & Home Services retainers start at $2,178 a month for one dedicated rep on Apex Launch, with Growth Engine at $3,774 and Dominance Hub at $5,282, all paid upfront. Hourly callers, closers, disposition managers and skip tracing can be added or bought on their own. A one-time setup fee is quoted before you sign.
Can I listen to my team and review the calls?
Yes. Every call is recorded and scored. You can review any recording, listen in during a scheduled session, and see volume, contact rate and results in your reports: weekly on Apex Launch, daily on Growth Engine and Dominance Hub.
