Wholesalers
Dedicated openers who work your off-market lists and hand your acquisitions team motivated sellers, not curious ones.
The Metric We Own
Second-voice verified seller leads
Cheap lists are everywhere. The hard part is calling a number for the fourth time and asking the right questions when someone finally answers.
How a lead becomes a verified result
- 1
Dial
Absentee, pre-foreclosure, tax delinquent, high equity, vacant, probate and inherited lists, stacked and skip traced, then dialed on a multi-touch cadence.
- 2
Qualify
- Motivation: why they would sell now
- Timeline: under 90 days
- Price expectation
- Property condition, occupancy and repairs
- Liens, mortgage balance and decision-makers on title
- 3
Disclose
Reps identify who they are calling for, state the purpose of the call, and follow any state wholesaler disclosure language your attorney supplies.
- 4
Hand off
Live transfer to your acquisitions manager, or a booked callback, with notes and the recording in your CRM.
- 5
Second-voice QA
Every call is scored, and an independent QA caller re-confirms the details. Anything that can't be re-confirmed isn't delivered.
- 6
Learn
Rejected leads come back with a reason. That feedback goes into your next report and the next round of training.

Wholesalers questions
This page describes how we work. It is not legal advice. Rules vary by state and province and change often, so your counsel approves every script before we dial.
How do you handle unmotivated sellers or aggressive price demands?
Our callers are trained to navigate price resistance without making false promises. If an owner refuses to share motivation or demands full retail price with no room to negotiate, the lead is disqualified at our second-voice QA desk before it ever reaches your CRM.
What are the 4 Pillars, exactly?
Motivation, timeline under 90 days, price expectation and property condition. A lead needs all four captured in the seller's own words to count as fully qualified. Your acquisitions manager should never have to call back just to learn the basics.
Do you stay compliant with state wholesaling laws?
Wholesaling rules are changing quickly. Several states now require written disclosures to sellers, and some require a license for certain marketing activity. We apply the disclosure language and market restrictions you and your attorney give us, and reps never present themselves as licensed agents. The legal review of each market stays with you and your counsel.
Which lists work best?
Stacked lists usually outperform single lists: for example, absentee owners who are also tax delinquent. We can pull and skip trace lists for you, or dial lists you already have from tools like BatchLeads, PropStream, DealMachine or XLeads.
Do you scrub for Do Not Call?
Yes. Calls to homeowners are treated as consumer calls. Lists are scrubbed against the National DNC Registry, state lists and your own suppression list, and anyone who asks not to be called is removed immediately.
Can you also close the deals and sell them to buyers?
Yes. You can add an acquisitions manager to negotiate and sign contracts, and a disposition manager to market them to your cash buyers. Each is a monthly base plus 5% of each deal.
How fast can this campaign go live?
Most teams are dialing 3 to 7 business days after signing and onboarding. Larger floors can take up to 10. We start with a soft launch while call scoring is calibrated to your criteria, then ramp to full volume.
What does it cost?
Real Estate & Home Services retainers start at $2,178 a month for one dedicated rep on Apex Launch, with Growth Engine at $3,774 and Dominance Hub at $5,282, all paid upfront. Hourly callers, closers, disposition managers and skip tracing can be added or bought on their own. A one-time setup fee is quoted before you sign.
Can I listen to my team and review the calls?
Yes. Every call is recorded and scored. You can review any recording, listen in during a scheduled session, and see volume, contact rate and results in your reports: weekly on Apex Launch, daily on Growth Engine and Dominance Hub.
